I was lucky enough to grab this dress (featured at Bluefly) in royal blue. That's right, I have one of them. And it's gorgeous. I have absolutely NO idea how this dress is made - the fabric is actually a tube with no seams. Stunning. Size 12.
You can also wear it with the halter neck at the front - two looks in one!
